Below are links pertaining to designs, blueprints, instructions as well as kits that are purchasable online for yourself and your child to build your freestyle Kart.
Please note to check the specifications of the builds and kits before purchasing as there are separate rules for the HLG Freestyle race such as size of the kart as well as build parameters for example the maximum width of the kart is 91cm (36 inches) from its widest point.

However, HLG has compiled 3 different links below as well as pictures which showcase possible designs for your freestyle kart, please note that the links below are only references and your freestyle kart can be designed by yourself and your child if it follows the HLG Freestyle Kart Race rules.
Gravity racer instructions

Wood workshop
This is a private wood workshop where the owner will accompany your child to build a project of your choosing. Materials will be ordered for you and depending on the size/design of your kart the pricing will vary. This workshop can accompany more than one person at a time with all the tools necessary you and your child can build the kart together with their staff.

FREESTYLE KART RULES

Each Freestyle Kart consists of a single entry, so whilst multiple racers can use the same Kart, the individual Kart can only participate once in each round of races. Therefore, multiple racers using the same Kart must decide which racer will participate in each round of racing.

Freestyle Kart’s may carry a maximum of one passenger in addition to the driver, and the passenger must be seated behind the driver, in a seat designed for the purpose of carrying a passenger.

Freestyle karts must be capable of being steered, have a braking system, and must have a minimum distance of 72 cm (28 inches) between the front and rear axle.

Freestyle Karts are limited to gravity power only and may not include any mechanism or device used for the purpose of propelling the Kart.

Owners/users of Freestyle Karts are responsible for loading and unloading their karts on the starting ramp and on the trailer. Any damage caused during the race or during transportation will not be borne by the event organizers.

If a Freestyle Kart is damaged during a qualifying race, but can be repaired quickly, the racer will get another opportunity to race. However, if a freestyle kart is damaged during a final race or becomes unserviceable during any race, no other race opportunity will be given.

The owner of each Freestyle Kart is responsible for all repairs and any required modifications to their Kart during the event.
